<p>This 25-minute e-learning course is designed for those seeking a high-level overview of key Incident Management System (IMS) concepts or a refresher on IMS 100.</p> <p><strong style="font-size: 1.1em;">How to Save Your Course Progress:</strong></p><ul> <li><strong>Keep the EMO Training Portal open:</strong> When you start a course in a new tab, make sure the original EMO Training Portal tab stays open in your browser while working on the course.<br> </li><li><strong>Exit course first:</strong> Always use the "Exit Course" button within the course or close the course tab itself before closing anything else.<br> </li><li><strong>Portal close (after course exit):</strong> Once you have exited the course, you may safely close the EMO Training Portal tab.<br> </li></ul><p><span style="color: #800000;"><strong>Important:</strong> If you close the EMO Training Portal before exiting the course, your progress will not be saved.</span></p>
